I feel played about my truck from the contract to the service center. I wish the warranty was explained more detailed. The engine is gone and I had the truck 1 year. All the times I brought the truck in nobody in the service center told me I was having engine problems now I’m stuck with a $18000 balance have no way to get it fixed or get to work and I have 6 kids and still have to pay the car note and insurance on it. The service was good and done before the appointment was actually made as I dropped my vehicle off the night before a 1:30 appointment and my vehicle was done by 10:30. I thought I was just coming in for my second oil change and tire rotation and ended up with an alignment and 37,500 mile maintenance. I was not expecting that at all, but the alignment will save the life of my tires. Thanks for the great work. More
