Muffy was great however I came in fire tires then they find another $1000 to repair on a car that is three years old. That car should not need any more repairs. Also I asked for a car wash it was not wa find another $1000 to repair on a car that is three years old. That car should not need any more repairs. Also I asked for a car wash it was not washed when I picked it up. You can check your records I spend allot service money with this dealership should be better. More

Extremely Dishonest dealership. Not sure if it was the tech or the advisor. I went in for a what I thought would be replacement work (Two year warranty on defective parts and compon Not sure if it was the tech or the advisor. I went in for a what I thought would be replacement work (Two year warranty on defective parts and components ) from a job that was done this dealership a year ago. Right away the advisor Asked me what’s going on and I told him, but the issue was and what the codes are he obviously didn’t admit fault due to their faulty parts and says that he’d 6 more hours to dig deeper which was more Money For them Which Alleged job isn’t necessary (Fraudulent charges) then advisor Recommended false jobs that were already completed at another shop prior to visit. Right away advisor was already typing in the Calculator of prices which is a red flag because you know xxxx well it’s all about money for them profit over people. Advisor stated nothing was fixed I showed him a receipt of the jobs he claimed weren’t fixed and he Kept telling me what’s recommended and how would I like to come about on that today? With the very weak sales pitch, I said I’m not stupid and that everything should be covered under the house. It’s doing the same xxxx again As a did when I had it fixed the first time. Except that was under warranty now that the warranty expired the advisor, tried to nail me with multiple unnecessary jobs quite fraudulent I’d say yet Not knowing I used to work for the same company and he disappeared. The advisor Kept telling me to wait in the waiting room while he’ll be right back. Never came back. The parts person gave me my keys after I paid I got into my vehicle that was washed. The sunroof was open and all the water went inside. Had my roof soaked made my dash flicker and that was my last straw. More
