I brought my car in for an oil change and it was flagged for an alignment issue. I kindly reminded them that they performed a 4-wheel alignment during my last oil change. Then they drove through the detector 3 more times until it gave a marginal reading. All paperwork says it failed alignment and that the customer declined. NOT TRUE. At the behest of the Service Manager, some young Service Advisor was tasked with convincing me it was not needed so they didn't have to stand behind it. It was clear the Management was dodging the rework. An alignment that doesn't last one single oil change wasn't done correctly the first time. Poor kid. I wouldn't want to work there and I definitely won't get my car serviced there again. More
I like the way the service department treats the customer, they don’t act as if a customer is a moron. I like the fact that they listen to you and then treat you like you got some brains. In October, I called corporate Chevy and asked them about my recall and a rental. They ensured id have a rental because of my extended warrenty, and said I could go to any dealership, so I went to the one cl my recall and a rental. My first appointment was scheduled for November 6 and the man on the phone told me he would reserve my rental for Nov 6. I go in and its a huge hassle, but when they finally figured out I was right and I did have a rental scheduled, Max told me they mismanaged the information and they didnt have a car available, so he scheduled me for Nov 20. Today I go in and expect my rental because thats the entire reason I waited two weeks for sergice. Nick tells me basically that he doesn't know what im talking about and Max is out sick. I tell him all i can and basically Nick takes my car and fixes it while going back and forth with me about what I was promised. Yet again, they didnt have a rental available and Nick instead wanted me to rent one from enterprise on my own. I told him from the very beginning that i had important things to do before 3 and he completely disregarded my urgency. I was late to my doctor visit and my gym session with my trainer because of the incompetence and xxxxty communication from this place. More
