Took delivery of a 2021 Chevy Trax yesterday. The process was made easy by everyone involved. The salesperson, Derek Waddell, kept me informed prior to delivery of the car, which I put on hold with a deposit was made easy by everyone involved. The sales process itself was simple, and no pressure was put on my to add to the cost with optional services, etc. My wife and I both thought the dealership was attractive, the people working there were friendly and helpful, and the entire transaction took less than two hours. I chose Luther Brookdale because 2021 Trax LS AWD vehicles were scarce, since it's the end of the model year. I searched online, and saw one, equipped as I wanted on their website, listed as "in transit." I had already decided to buy a Trax, so I connected with the chat person on the website and said I wanted to buy that particular vehicle. He hooked me up with Derek Waddell, and we did the deposit, etc. over the phone. The dealership kept me updated on the car's arrival and we scheduled an appointment for the day it would be ready. The absolute worst service department I've ever dealt with dropped my car off there one month ago they make Corvettes I thought this would be the perfect place to get my Corvette worked on instead they l with dropped my car off there one month ago they make Corvettes I thought this would be the perfect place to get my Corvette worked on instead they let it sit around for a month to tell me they don't want to do it pretty much the GM calls and starts the conversation by telling me it's going to be 6 hours of Labor no s*** xxxxxxx money is not an object that's why it's here and then he proceeded to tell me dealing with older cars there could be rusty bolts and Rusty screws and stuff could fall apart but guess what everything on my car is brand new if they would have bothered the f****** look they pretty much called me to tell me they didn't want to work on my car after it sat outside for a month cuz of their lazy xxx mechanics didn't want to put a clutch in a car I suggest you bring your car somewhere else never go here they are absolutely the worst place to bring a vehicle they suck and I don't suggest anyone to go to their service department More
