Had a fantastic time buying my Buick. Worked with Nick in the Chevy building and had an amazing experience with him! He kept the mood lively and fun, which I really appreciated. The only downside was waiting the Chevy building and had an amazing experience with him! He kept the mood lively and fun, which I really appreciated. The only downside was waiting for the finance office, but that's something you can't really control when it's busy. Definitely come see nick at Luther if you want help getting into a nice car. More

ALERT, ALERT!! I bought a car there 3 months ago and got it checked out at my best, trusted auto shop. I found out the transmission was leaking, so brought it to another for a second look. I got the same an it checked out at my best, trusted auto shop. I found out the transmission was leaking, so brought it to another for a second look. I got the same answer.. so I brought it in and of course it was. There was also a lot of hail damage on there that was not in the reports and a BRAND NEW ENGINE for no reason. Lastly, my car was in for a week.. I called and they said the person that was working on my car had COVID. They neglected to let me know, and nobody knew who I was!!! They had my car for another week! Cole was very nice, but they sold me a LEMON! Those 2 things were fixed under my warranty. I noticed yesterday that the windshield wipers didn't seem like they would be good for the winter. So I went to the store to replace them... the gentleman that replaced them said I had brand new ones on there but they were put on wrong and broken!!! Those are NOT under warranty of course - $70 later. When I bought the vehicle, it had brand new tires, but when I got home, one was flat! "Apparently" I drove over a nail.. so had to fix that out of pocket. I just do not trust this place, and will not even bring it in for an oil change!!!Cannot wait to see what happens next...... More
