He described the offers and options Luther had during the purchase. I knew the vehicle I wanted. It was about getting to the price point on my trade in that we agreed on. The finance dept was also friendly and professional. We tried getting the interest rate my CU had but agreed on a rate very close. They offered many options like extended warranty, etc which I declined. I was happy they didn't push the sale of those beyond my answers. All in all a good experience at Luther. More
