Where do I even begin? We were out looking for a SUV with a third row to accommodate our family. We started the process with Terrance. He was warm and welcoming. He allowed us to take our time, discuss and make our decision with his guidance. He had us laughing the entire time. This is my very first time at a car dealership not feeling pressured. He is experienced and he knows exactly what he’s doing. We ended up getting the GMC ACADIA and we absolutely love it. Terrance is a pure joy to work with. Dealer system is broken. Having to talk to 3 people to buy a car cause no single person can just close a sale.
