Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The service advisor (Drew) advised me that my battery may need to be replaced. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed a red checkmark in the radia The service advisor (Drew) advised me that my battery may need to be replaced. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed a red checkmark in the radiator/cooling box due to a possible leak. The service advisor did not mention anything about it! Upon looking after the fact, I noticed my coolant was below the recommended level( below cold when up to temp) I would have thought a Chevy dealership would have mentioned, or asked me if I would like it topped off as the red check mark indicates immediate attention. None of this was done and when I called the service advisor Drew and left a message the same day, I received a text Message back the following day about scheduling a an appointment. No call back! Extremely disappointing More
