An oil change should NOT take 2-1/4 hours, especially when I had an appointment. When I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment, the service writer said they should be finished in about 1-1/2 hours! when I had an appointment. When I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment, the service writer said they should be finished in about 1-1/2 hours! I questioned this and he said Fridays were always busy; but for an oil change?? The fact that it took another 45 minutes longer than his estimate is unacceptable. I have better things to do than sit at a dealership that long for a simple oil change. I was also talked into doing a tire rotation but told this would not add any more time to my wait. This is the second service visit in a row when I have had to wait an excessively long period of time and I doubt I will come back again for this poor customer experience. More

Bunch of liars work here. Casey the service writer wrote up my receipt wrong so I was denied in the lawsuit for oil consumption. At 36,000 miles my rear seal blew out. I don’t even have 90000 miles now and I’m guessing my engine will be toast soon, along with my muffler and cat. I was in 4 different times for oil consumption readings. I was low a lot up to a quart of oil (oil being checked every 500 miles) I even had GMC agreeing to replace my motor yet they still did nothing. I could go on and on but what’s the point. Don’t trust these mfs. More
