We made two appointments to get oil change and service. I made them 2 hours apart so we could drop off/switch cars without having to wait at the dealership. Instead, we ended ip waiting for two plus hours. I made them 2 hours apart so we could drop off/switch cars without having to wait at the dealership. Instead, we ended ip waiting for two plus hours. The vehicle we dropped off first took 4 hours to complete the work. The second vehicle we dropped off 2 hours later was done before the first one dropped off. When we dropped off the second one we had to wait at the dealership as both our vehicles were being worked on. We were told ”it shouldn’t take long”, so we decided to wait. We had four kids with us, and didn’t really want to. Had we known it was going to take 2 hours ahead of time, we would have made different arrangements. Instead we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited…… I understand that you may not want to quote a time, however; a “your car just started being worked on, this type of service generally takes 1-3 hours” would have kept us out of the waiting room with 4 restless kids and given us back some of the two hours wasted at the dealership instead of things we wanted to get done. The ladies in the back do get a shout out though. They helped entertain our four restless kids that were getting bored in the play room. I was just irritated of being there for so long. More

I had a 10:00 appointment for a simple oil change. I left at 12:15. They said 1 hour max. Not true at all. No updates for their delay. Just ignored. I was told we are busy today. Then they were going to charge me when it was the free one offered for just buying the car. They said my car was a rental. Not true. They had to recheck with the salesperson and did drop the few as I was right. My confidence in this place was gone. I could have read how to change my oil and done it on my own in half the time it took them. I will never go back. There are much better dealers in the area. More
