Luther got my Volt in for diagnostics and repair in a timely manner, parts came in quicker than expected. Car was expected to take up to a month for parts and repairs, I was able to pick it up only one w timely manner, parts came in quicker than expected. I had to bring my car in 3 times for the same issue in order for it to be resolved. After each time I was told the issue was resolved when it was not. There were actually more issues with the vehicle when order for it to be resolved. After each time I was told the issue was resolved when it was not. There were actually more issues with the vehicle when I picked it up the first time. I took it in to get park assist retrofitted, park assist did not work when I picked my vehicle up and lane assist, which worked fine prior to dropping the vehicle off was not functioning. This is not the first time this dealership has performed bad service, however, we have to bring the vehicles for recall issuances so we’re limited on options. If there were not recalls we would not choose this dealership for service ever again. The previous truck we had was damaged during a sensor recall and never held air appropriately again after that incident. This service center is awful. More
