I brought my 2019 Sierra in Friday for scraping noise. They informed me the rear sensor was scraping against rotor and replaced both rear pads and rotors. I drove home and you wouldn't hear anything at 55 They informed me the rear sensor was scraping against rotor and replaced both rear pads and rotors. I drove home and you wouldn't hear anything at 55mph. Saturday morning I drove to Caribou and the scraping noise is identical to when I brought it in so had nothing to do with rotors. This is ridiculous and I'm asking for a full refund. I'll escalate this outside of luther if necessary. Also, there is leaking spots on my new driveway that weren't there before I brought it in. Took it In at 11:00am they did not do any work on it until 1:15pm it was for a leak in the right front tire and possibly replacing all 4 tires they could not fins the leak until they removed the tire fr until 1:15pm it was for a leak in the right front tire and possibly replacing all 4 tires they could not fins the leak until they removed the tire from the wheel that I thought had a nail in it near the edge of the tread and sidewall when they took the tire off the rim the rim was cracked at the bead area of the rim. They put the tire back on they rim and wanted to put it back on the truck I said no it would cause an accident if it broke the rest of the way through the rim so I told them to put the spare on instead. Did not get out of ther until 3:30pm that day.?????? More
