There are many places to buy a car but when looking it's nice to have some selection and some knowledgeable individuals in which to work with. Brookdale Chevrolet has both and much more. Our salesman, Dave Warner, corrected a couple little things on the vehicle before we even saw it and told us about it....such as new wipers and a cracked taillight. I was impressed with that. After comparing other similar vehicles online, I KNOW that we got the BEST price possible....it was the same price as a practically identical vehicle with 30,000 MORE miles on it located closer to home!! Got a good price on my trade in ($800 more than the dealer closer to home), not to mention the President's Day Sale where we got $200 worth of accessories FREE, things that we would have bought anyways! We were totally taken care of and I would highly recommend Luther Chevrolet!!! More

Lance met me at 9:00 am and I wanted to add Mudflaps, Nerf Bars, Box Cover, and Bug shield so Lance sent me to Cris Johnson. He installed them before noon and was very helpful. Charlie W was also very helpful when we were signing the paper work. Perry Feavel tried to ruin our experience over a rock chip on my trade in and if I were rating our experience on his conduct I would rate him bad and would not return to this dealership. Although I live 3 hours from Minneapolis, I purchased my 2010 Suburban from Luther Brookdale Chevrolet because of the great deal I could get from them. I subsequently had the car serviced (oil change & tire rotation) at Gateway Chevrolet in Fargo, ND, because it is relatively close to home. I was NOT satisfied with the work and checks made by Gateway Chevrolet, so decided to stop at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet on my way through Minneapolis during a recent trip to have the car checked out. I was traveling with my wife and our cat. We stopped at Luther Brookdale WITHOUT an appointment. I explained my concerns to Laurel Hansen, a service rep. She listened to my concerns, wrote up a work order and told me she would try to get my Suburban checked out within 45 minutes to an hour -- she stated that they were quite busy at the time. I was satisfied with the projected wait time since I did not have an appointment. However, much to my delight, the service technicians had our car checked out and had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Mega kudos to the great team they have at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet.
