I had to take my 2003 Silverado into Luther Brookdale Chev for a 90,000 mile check before driving to Florida & back. They did the pre-authorized maint and per my request, checked out my 10 yr old batter Chev for a 90,000 mile check before driving to Florida & back. They also found that my water pump seals were leaking and replaced that as well. I also elected to have my windshield replaced due to two "dings" and because it was pitted over time. They took care of all this, gave me a free oil change for my birthday. Nice. Laurel (service rep) went the extra mile and managed to give me a 15% senior discount, which saved me considerable. All the work was done on time and to my satisfaction. In addition, the truck was washed. It's not easy spending a fair amount on service for an older vehicle, but I feel that my truck is ready for a 4,000 mile trip to Florida & back. Thank you. More

I came in to have a GM radio which I had bought switched. Looking around online I found cost to install and reprogram the radio for my vehicle to be $60 - $80 depending on the dealership. When I had called to schedule the appointment, they estimated a hour to a hour and a half to do this. When I arrived I was given a estimate of $195.00 (he stated this would be a worse case scenario, and I had already done my research). Having the trust I had, and since I was now there, I let them go ahead. to my surprise they came in close at $100.10, $20.10 higher than the highest cost I found doing my research. REALLY!!! The work order showed it took them ".9 hours. $100.10 for less than a hours labor??? I'm in the wrong business! More

I brought in my '98 pickup because it was leaking power steering fluid. I was sure they wiuld tell me I needed a new pump. What a suprise when they said all I needed were hoses! My experience at Brookdale Luther was positive except for one piece. My salesperson, Adam, was so kind and helpful. Adam was WONDERFUL and respectful of my time and research throughout the whole process as was Clyde with helping me get into my new car. None of the men treated me like I was a chick buying a car. They treated me as a serious customer. My only issue was with the new car sales manager trying to "push" me into the deal, saying I really didn't want to spend any more time when I could just get the car now. I left after that remark. I committed my time specifically to finding the right car. I was in no hurry. I do not need to be told how I want or do not want to spend my time. That is my decision. I did end up coming back the next day, which was because Adam was so wonderful and because the sales manager reached out and did call me. She was great when we were able to get beyond the prior day's comment. Please don't tell people how they feel or how they should spend their time. All that did was make me mad. All else was fabulous! I brought my car in for an oil change and won a prize in the dealership while I was waiting. Nice!!!
