From the service manager to the service techs to the cashier everyone was so friendly and professional. I didn't make an appointment for my oil changed, but when I went there, Jolene linn happened to be my advisor, she told me she will get me in right away but it will take an hour to get it finished, but when I went there, Jolene linn happened to be my advisor, she told me she will get me in right away but it will take an hour to get it finished, but any way by the time my oil changed was done it took about one and half hour. I was happy that she came to me and apologies about the wrong wait time she gave me, and gave me a discount also. I will absolutely come back and make an appointment next time. . I made an appt. the Saturday before New Years to have my driver side seat heater fixed on my 2012 Sonic, as it had stopped working. This Minnesota winter has been brutal so far, and the heated seat was one perk I really looked forward to when I purchased the car. I was disappointed it wasn't working in the coldest part of winter when it was needed the most! The technician, Eric, initially let me know that a heating element needed to be ordered and I okayed the car staying at the lot until Monday or Tuesday in order to allow time for the part to arrive and service to be completed. I didn't get a call either day and assumed a slight delay due to the holidays - I was sure the car would be done by January 2. Not only was it not done, nobody bothered to call and tell me the part had not even arrived yet. My car ended up sitting at the dealership from Saturday through the following Thursday evening, and who knows how long it could have sat there? I initiated the call that resulted in my finally picking it up, still unserviced. I was then told I would be called when the part arrived. Nope - call never came and I again called on Friday, January 10 only to learn that the part had been sitting there for a week or longer. A bit of telephone tag ensued and I finally brought the car in today, January 18. I was told the repair would take a few hours, so I arranged to come home to wait. The only bright spot in this entire experience was that the repair was completed in less time than expected. When I went to get it this afternoon, however, I again soured on this dealership. I wandered around trying to find my car after being told by a detached cashier that I would find it "right outside the main door" - wrong. After I did locate it (parked horizontally between two other similarly parked vehicles, with barely enough room to safely extricate it) I had to remove the protective plastic and paper placed in the car by the technician who worked on it. Taken as a whole, these annoyances and inconveniences make me question whether I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer. I am a reasonable person and understand delays in service, especially around the holidays. What is less understandable is a seeming breakdown in communication and attention to simple detail such as cleaning up a car workspace when done. More
I had a few bad experiences at another Chevy dealership, so was a bit nervous about Luther too. I was referred to Luther by an aquaintence, who just raved about the awesome and great professional service th so was a bit nervous about Luther too. I had work done today under warranty. I got a call from Nick stating the issues that needed to be fixed. He told me it will take until %;00pm. Well, I just could not do that. I NEEDED my car back no later than 3:00. Guess what? He not only made sure the car was done by 3:00, but actually it was ready by 2:40! When I brought the vehicle in, Nick greeted me immediately. Offered me transportation, to and from where ever I needed to go. When I picked the car up, everyone, cashiers, and the guy that brings me the car were just so kind, and I loved the smiles. Hey! They even washed my car!!! Thank you Luther Chevrolet. I will for sure be returning and will spread the good word. More

Dropped off vehicle. Didn't hear from anyone 24 hours later. Called and was transferred around, put on hold, transferred some more only to find out my service person didn't even know the vehicle was ther later. Vehicle was ready, everything fixed. Went to pick up vehicle, was told vehicle was right outside. Walked around in sub-zero temps, couldn't find vehicle. Went back in, vehicle parked way out back, not out front like originally told. Tire monitor system service light is off, must have been fixed. Ooops got on the highway and lights back on, maybe it wasn't fixed. Called at 8am this morning to talk to service about the problem still not fixed, its almost 3pm still no return call. Am I unhappy? Take a good guess. More

When I finally got in to the service desk, I was met by a gal who didn't seem to know a lot about what was going on. Then to top it off, she told me that it would be at least 1 hour and 15 minutes. I asked and to verify what she had stated and she confirmed. I would think that if an appointment had been made, then it shouldn't take that long to change oil. This was very disappointing. More
