I dropped our Outlook to the dealer for a check engine light issue and the Service Dept diagnosed the issue, confirmed the diagnosis was correct, by checking the part, and fixed it. The best part is my vehicle was parked in the garage for me (warm) on such a frigidly cold day. (I didn't need to aimlessly look for it in the outdoor parking lot). It has been a LONG time since I have had such a good experience with a dealership on repairs from the ease of setting up the appointment, the communication and the pick-up. Heidi was extremely knowledgeable, customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and I felt confident that everything was finally going to be fixed correctly. Since my car was in the shop for a couple of days, she kept me updated on what was happening and set me up with a 2014 Equinox to drive while my car was being fixed. Everyone I talked to from Heidi, to the runners, to the cashiers had the same happy / friendly attitude which makes me think that Luther must be a great place to work. My car is back to running like a champ and will make a nice second car when I buy a new one from Luther Chev in the fall. More
