I went in for my check engine light, on the same day I had to go out of state for a business conference. I was leaving town at 10am and was able to get my car in at 9am. When the codes came back showing that my car would not be ok to make the drive, he worked to get me the last reserved rental vehicle available on the lot so that I could get on the road right away and not have to wait for an outside rental car. Once my car was ready to go 2 days later, I came to pick it up. Matt said he would have it washed if I wanted to wait. Since I had been needing a wash in order to put my tabs on, I quickly agreed. When he heard that I needed the tabs put on, he offered to take them and put them on for me as soon as the car was ready. Though it seems like a small thing, it was the extra touch that made this visit absolutely great! More

The best part is my vehicle was parked in the garage for me (warm) on such a frigidly cold day. (I didn't need to aimlessly look for it in the outdoor parking lot). It has been a LONG time since I have had such a good experience with a dealership on repairs from the ease of setting up the appointment, the communication and the pick-up. Heidi was extremely knowledgeable, customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and I felt confident that everything was finally going to be fixed correctly. Since my car was in the shop for a couple of days, she kept me updated on what was happening and set me up with a 2014 Equinox to drive while my car was being fixed. Everyone I talked to from Heidi, to the runners, to the cashiers had the same happy / friendly attitude which makes me think that Luther must be a great place to work. My car is back to running like a champ and will make a nice second car when I buy a new one from Luther Chev in the fall. More
