I expected sometime tommorrow Heidi said don't worry we'll get you rolling as soon as possible was courteous and sincere Heidi called me 2 hours later ALL DONE! chevy Silverado, oil change and transmission Flush I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours to have my oil change and transmission Flushed and filled. It was 1 hour and 25 minutes and I saw the ruck in the I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours to have my oil change and transmission Flushed and filled. It was 1 hour and 25 minutes and I saw the ruck in the bay in front of the Service Advisors. Then someone jumped in it and drove it outside, I assumed it was to get the car wash done. Not sure on that. So I went to pay for the repair and I was told the ticket had not come in yet. So I stood there and waited for 5 to 10 minutes and did not hear anything. So after 20 minutes from when I asked to pay, I had to ask to talk to someone about getting my truck. The only service advisor at the time was Joe Gadbois and he was busy with a customer. Now it has been 30 minutes and the lady I needed to pay called me over and said the ticket just came through. I talked to Joe about why it took so long. He said he did not know about my truck. He said my service advisor I started with left at 7:00, it was now 8:05, that service advisor told me he was leaving at 7:00. I told him that Luther Brookdale needs to figure out how to transfer a ticket from one advisor to another. Shouldn't it just pop up and go to the cashier?? I told him I was pretty upset. The truck was done and no one finished up the ticket so I could leave. More

I have 3 other buick dealers closer to my residence but the trip to Luther is always worth the drive I purchased the vehicle there and all the maintenance has been done there and will continue to be done there.
