Great Experience! I stopped at the dealership with my father-in-law who was in the market for a new truck. We were greeted by Kevin Kallhof who quickly answered some ge I stopped at the dealership with my father-in-law who was in the market for a new truck. We were greeted by Kevin Kallhof who quickly answered some general questions on the price levels of the different trim packages we were considering. This gave us an idea where to start with out wasting our time going through each individual truck on the lot. Once we narrowed down the trim package he took us out to test drive a couple different trucks. He was knowledgeable in the differences and features of each one. Afterwards, he thoroughly went through options, pricing and rebates with us. My father-in-law decided to wait as he wasn't planning to buy a truck that day. Before we left the dealership and went home, Kevin explained our options without any pressure so we were aware of how the rebates would change on Monday. We returned to the dealership later that day to buy a truck after discussing everything with my father-in-law. I called Kevin on our way and he had the truck we wanted pulled up to the front for us when we arrived. He was juggling a few different customers when we got there but was still able to give us individual attention so we did not feel rushed like he was trying to hurry us through the process. The dealership was closed when we finished the paperwork and Kevin still took the time to go through the whole truck with us before we left and explain how everything worked. Kevin was very professional and enjoyable to work with along with everyone else we dealt with that day. I would definitely recommend Luther Brookdale Chevrolet to anyone looking! More

Once safely off the road called Luther Chev service, my "Angel" Bruce, offered a tow to the garage but AAA on the way. Bruce was great got in without an appointment, too bad the repair would be $$$$. Bruce introduced me to Kevin from sales/leasing who spent a long time trying to find a vehicle for me. Unfortunately I couldn't find the one I wanted. Bruce was supportive to me when I made the decision to sale my car. The caring of what was BEST for me came first and that you don't see everywhere. Thank you Bruce! You made this emotionally painful time so much easier. Thanks to Jeremy in service for your time and help too. More
