She went out of her way to take the pain out of buying a used car. I had just a few concerns and she put my mind at ease. She was not pushy and she listened to me. I even got a new set of front tires for free when I pointed out that the original tires were a bit worn. The company also got me an interest rate below 3%. Thank goodness I have good credit.
