Flat out lie to you "Service driver alert system" light came on. Made an appointment, and they had to replace the Haptic motor in the seat, because the wires broke off. ( "Service driver alert system" light came on. Made an appointment, and they had to replace the Haptic motor in the seat, because the wires broke off. (very common problem apparently) Covered by my extended warranty. (only has 25000 miles on vehicle) Drove it a week later, and the "Service driver alert system" light was on again, and seat was no longer working. Called the dealer, and was told to bring it back in. They called a day later and said it was done again. Asked what they found and Tyler told me it was something on one of the sensors, that was blocking it, and needed special cleaner to get it off. Was informed that I now have to pay to clean the sensor, and pay for the loaner vehicle. Just paid it to get the xxxx out of there. Called Chevrolet, and a tech guy called me back to inform me that if a sensor is blocked for any period of time, it will automatically turn off the front parking assist. NOT trigger a "Service drivers alert system" warning. Stuck a piece of tape over a sensor, and sure enough, it shut it off. Dealer either charged me to recoup money for a faulty installation or part, and Tyler flat out lied to me about the whole thing! More

They Don't Back up The Lemons They Sell I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox new at Luther Chevrolet. We followed the maintenance as recommended and had 3 internal engine failures in less I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox new at Luther Chevrolet. We followed the maintenance as recommended and had 3 internal engine failures in less than 100,000 miles. The last one cost us $1200 and replaced a part that was replaced 24,000 miles earlier. Neither Luther or Chevrolet found that unusual. I sold the Vega mobile and bought a Honda. It is great to be with a manufacturer and dealership that supports the vehicles they sell. More

Both the sales staff, in particular Scott Dorenbush, and the service people, namely Casie Tulenchik, have been very good to deal with, treating me with respect and knowing my time is important. The no nonsense straightforward approach is appreciated when purchasing vehicles. The explanation of my service work has been very good with description of exactly what was done. These experiences keep me coming back to Brookdale Chevrolet even though there are other dealers nearer my home. I would recommend sales and service here to anyone and everyone! More
