Worst dealership in Minnesota I went to do the oil change with an appointment and they kept me waiting for 2 hours after that they said they haven't touch my car because they are v I went to do the oil change with an appointment and they kept me waiting for 2 hours after that they said they haven't touch my car because they are very busy so I left and made another appointment after few days and same thing again!!!!!!! I called dealership about my extended warranty and no response after talking to service they told me that they send an email to manager and he will be in touch with me at his earliest convenience ! Never had this bad experience at any dealership in Minnesota.I will not suggest anyone to go to GMC Brookdale More
