A great buying experience This was the third purchase for me from a Luther dealership. I saw the vehicle I was intersted in on the dealerships website and I sent an email via t This was the third purchase for me from a Luther dealership. I saw the vehicle I was intersted in on the dealerships website and I sent an email via the dealer website. Bradley Windhauser got back to me right away. Bradley answered a few questions via email and I set up a time to look at the vehicle. He was very helpful and not high pressure at all. I explained it was one of a few models I was considering and their was no "what do I have to do to sell you this car today" type of thing. He was just being helpful with me looking at that particular car. I didn't buy the car that day, I had others to consider and Bradley was very respectful of my process. A couple weeks later, I had not yet made up my mind, but I had signed up for a "price watch" on the vehicle and i was notified the price had been reduced. I contacted Bradley again, by email, and set up another time to buy the vehicle in a couple days since my schedule didn't allow for an immediate purchase. Bradley took a deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle for me. I filled out a finance application on line and the day I went in it was very smooth and quick. I met with the finance guy, Tony,, who was also great to work with and the whole process was enjoyable and in the end I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price. I would recomend Brookdale Chevrolet highly. More
