Purchased 2019 Buick Enclave Avenir Dave stepped us through the paperwork (there always seems to be a lot of it) without any surprises. Purchased new 2019 Tahoe Traded in 2017 Dodge Challenger for a new 2019 Tahoe Premier. Like anybody who trades in a car you would like to get more for the trade in. In this ca Traded in 2017 Dodge Challenger for a new 2019 Tahoe Premier. Like anybody who trades in a car you would like to get more for the trade in. In this case a was trading in a car that could only be used 1/2 the year because of tires and horsepower. Luther did pretty good with trade in value under the circumstances. They may not be able to resell the car until next year so possibly has to sit on the lot all winter. I have dealt with Luther Brookdale before on two occasions and was satisfied then as I am now that I received the best deal available considering time of year. Will do business again with them if need another new car or truck. More

Joke of a company My experience at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet was abysmal. The sales guy Orlando had a good heart and personality but was very scatterbrained and disorg My experience at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet was abysmal. The sales guy Orlando had a good heart and personality but was very scatterbrained and disorganized. Spent a half hour searching for the keys he left laying somewhere and failed with follow up calls. I bought a 2012 Enclave with 70800 miles that had been through their shop and had $3k worth of parts and labor put on it. They didn’t notice the radio was wonky until the test drive with us and scheduled a replacement for it. That wouldn’t get replaced for 2 1/2 weeks. In that time I noticed a oil leak on the ground after parking, the engine would rev erratically for no good reason on a flat road and a very noticeable shudder/ shaking after going through roundabouts and some curves. I scheduled a day to bring it in and to have a rental set up for my fiancé to drive back home (we live over an hour away from this dealer and my fiancé and her daughter would be driving it down while I was at work). Was told everything was good to go. When she arrived she was met with a rude and snotty receptionist and they refused to let her use the rental that was put aside for her. They then took her to enterprise rental ( the shuttle guy was great!) and Enterprise reluctantly gave her a piece of xxxx Hyundai that could barely go over 50mph because it was shaking and pulling so bad. This whole ordeal cost her over 4 hours of time, almost double of what it should of been. Just to drop a car off for things that should of been fixed before it even got on the sale lot. My fiancé went back down 2 days later to pick it up. We noticed an extra 107 miles were put on the car and was missing 1/3 tank worth of fuel, both driver and passenger seats were messed with and the brakes felt worse as if they were abused. The oil leak, engine and drivetrain issues are still present. We were told to “keep an eye on it”. What a joke of a dealership to go through for anything! I will not be returning and will not be recommending Luther Brookdale Chevrolet to anyone. I’ll stick to the small “mom and pop” dealers and shops because they rely on great customer service and quality work. Unlike these larger companies that don’t give a xxxx about the customer or the quality of their service. More
