I visited this dealership to have a oil changed done. Called and made a appointment. Went in on time to have it done, but ended up waited for at least a 2hrs 30 minutes of which my car just sat in the ba Called and made a appointment. And in doing so a service advisor ask me did I need help and I said yes. When I explained to him my situation he gave me a very rude smarty pants reason why.
