We are very happy with our purchase at Luther and always feel special when we bring our vehicle in for maintenance. The drive is nearly two hours from our home, but there's no regret. BEWARE! Complimentary oil change is a scam. Drove home. Next day realized oil was leaking. Looking at the oil it was black! Never got changed! Fluids were no Complimentary oil change is a scam. How many people are driving with oil that never got changed by this dealer!?? Been calling them since the next day and no response or call backs for 4 day. More

I brought-in my car for my first oil change and I was told my car would be ready in an hour. I waited 2 hours before I went back into the service room where 3 guys didn't seem to be doing anything. They told my car would be ready in an hour. I waited 2 hours before I went back into the service room where 3 guys didn't seem to be doing anything. They asked how they could help me and I indicated my car was to be ready an hour ago. They looked around and right in front of them was my paperwork. No one bothered to let me know my car had likely been ready an hour earlier. My car was the only car sitting out front waiting to be picked up yet none of the service guys thought to check into that - asking around whose car that was and maybe even checking the waiting room where I was the only one left after it being completely full when I came. It's just lack of effort. I was very disappointed in the level of service especially given this was my first service with Luther after having my cars serviced at Morries for over 10 years. More
