I arrived late for my appointment and they got me in right away anyway. The service they said would take an hour took half that and when I got to the car, there was a complimentary bottle of windsheild right away anyway. Not only that, but because it is still a relatively new vehicle, the oil change was free. And they washed the car and vacuumed the interior. Very positive experience. More
I was led to believe that I had to bring my new Elantra in for servicing at every 7500 miles or the warranty would be voided. One of the biggest factors that separate the good vendors from the not-so-good are the ones that stand behind their work. Every contractor/business/vendor will have some kind of problem once in a while; no matter how good they normally are. The good companies to hire are the ones that stand behind their work and make it right for the customer. Such is the case with Luther Bloomington Hyundai. Recently I had a very slight problem with how a job was done. I contacted them and they took care of the problem 100% to my satisfaction. I had my wife's Santa Fe in for a routine 6 month service. The service advisor was courteous and promptly helped get the car in. There was coffee and comfortable seating available and the overall experience was pleasant. When the car was ready, Phil came and got me, explained everything that was done and that there weren't any problems, and they even had washed the car (the outside temperature was below 20 degrees and I hadn't expected this). When I got out to the car, there was even a bottle of windshield wiper fluid on the passenger side floorboard unopened. Outstanding service and I thank you. More

Honest - This dealership is rare. It is often hard to find an honest mechanic who tells you what they would do in your circumstances. I took our car in and during an alignment, they found the rear a find an honest mechanic who tells you what they would do in your circumstances. I took our car in and during an alignment, they found the rear axial had a slight bend. They told me it would cost over $1,000 to fix. However, they recommended not fixing it because the problem was so slight and the worst that would happen is a little extra tire wear over an extended period of time. I was told that if it were their vehicle, they would not bother fixing such a slight problem. I greatly appreciate their honesty. Guess where I am buying my next car? More
