I worked in a service departement at a Cadillac dealership in Minneapolis for 18 years so it is nice to have a place you can go and trust the service will be done right the first time. I am on my 4th Hyundia which I bought at this dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
I arrived about 10 minutes early. They had already set up the paperwork so I just had to sign for the repair (recall under warrantee) and wait for it to be done. I appreciated the fact that they asked if I needed anything else but there was no hard sell of additional services. The estimated the repair would take about 45 minutes and they finished in about 30-35 minutes. The car was washed and vaccuumed as well - something I had not expected. My only complaint was the bad choice of TV channels on the TV. Someone had arrived before me and had selected a soap opera. I'm glad I brought something to read. (Good coffee by the way.) More

My car was brought to service to check my A/C because it didn't seem to be cooling sufficiently during the recent heat spell. The A/C system was checked out but no problem was detected. We missed the mini-detailing offer some months ago. They gave us the mini-detailing, did the service, completed a recall, and it cost $100 LESS than we expected. And it was finished an hour early. The car is beautiful, like new, and we had a lovely reunion with Carrie McWilliams. I grew up in an auto dealership that was known for its quality personnel and work, but Luther Hyundai in Bloomington is perfection. More

I have had many new cars and several used cars in my life. I purchased a year old car and chose this dealership because of the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. The service department is stellar. they make every service easy and go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I moved and have to travel further to service my car, and do so because I know I will never be disappointed. This is by far the best dealership experience that I have had in my 30 years of car ownership. More
I was met by a nice young female, who immediately directed me to Duane. I was at this dealer to address a recalled part. He asked if I needed and oil change/tire rotation, I told him I had just comp directed me to Duane. I was at this dealer to address a recalled part. He asked if I needed and oil change/tire rotation, I told him I had just completed both services (actually getting new tires) in the last hour. He suggested I have a cup of coffee, directed me to waiting lounge and told me likely my coffee would still be warm by the time the service was completed. He was close (only because I only had half a cup of coffee). He was courteous, friendly and answered any questions I had. I appreciated his kindness and willingness to assist me. Kudos! More
