I arrived about 10 minutes early. They had already set up the paperwork so I just had to sign for the repair (recall under warrantee) and wait for it to be done. The estimated the repair would take about 45 minutes and they finished in about 30-35 minutes. The car was washed and vaccuumed as well - something I had not expected. My only complaint was the bad choice of TV channels on the TV. Someone had arrived before me and had selected a soap opera. I'm glad I brought something to read. (Good coffee by the way.) More

My car was brought to service to check my A/C because it didn't seem to be cooling sufficiently during the recent heat spell. The A/C system was checked out but no problem was detected. I have had many new cars and several used cars in my life. I purchased a year old car and chose this dealership because of the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. I was met by a nice young female, who immediately directed me to Duane. I was at this dealer to address a recalled part. He suggested I have a cup of coffee, directed me to waiting lounge and told me likely my coffee would still be warm by the time the service was completed. He was close (only because I only had half a cup of coffee). He was courteous, friendly and answered any questions I had. I appreciated his kindness and willingness to assist me. Kudos! More
