staff very helpful at checkin explaining what was to be done and making sure I had all questions,concerns answered. Also made the process of getting a loaner car quick and easy. Several months ago, at its expense, Luther Hyundai repainted the front of my car which was chipping. I was very satisfied. Later my wife' had an emergency with her car and it was repaired by a garag repainted the front of my car which was chipping. I was very satisfied. Later my wife' had an emergency with her car and it was repaired by a garage in Bloomington with whom we were very, very pleased. The issue I faced: Should I stay with Luther Hyundai or transfer to my wife's place? Out of gratitude for its repainting, I stayed with Luther Hyundai and once again I am very, very pleased with Bloomington Hyundai and its service adviser, Phil Carlson, a very friendly person, who also reinstalled my blue tooth. More
Although I didn't have a great overall experience the evening of my repair service, the staff (Wayne and Nick) I dealt with that evening and later in the week were friendly and apologetic of the mistakes evening of my repair service, the staff (Wayne and Nick) I dealt with that evening and later in the week were friendly and apologetic of the mistakes made and any inconveniences I experienced. Because my paperwork was accidentally not submitted, I waited for 3 1/2 hours without getting the necessary recall repairs. Fortunately, the waiting area was comfortable, and there were complimentary snacks and free wifi. When they realized the mistake, I was given a courtesy car for the evening until I could pick up my car the next morning. I called and spoke with the Service Manager (Nick) later that week; he listened to me and was very sincere in his apology. He sent a generous gift card for future services; he felt bad that my first experience at this shop did not meet their high expectations. I do plan on returning for a future service. More

My wife brought her leased Hyundai in for an free oil change and was told she needed a tire rotation for $50. She felt pressured to get it done and now doesn't want to return to this dealership. I could change and was told she needed a tire rotation for $50. She felt pressured to get it done and now doesn't want to return to this dealership. I could have had the oil changed for $39 plus a free tire rotation at The Chevy Dealership where I bought my truck and saved $11. Plus my wife was late for work because of the tire rotation. Sorry guys but I have to be honest, this was very poorly done and I won't hear the end of it. Thanks Terry J Krueger More
Great friendly service. I had an appointment for a recall and they were expecting me with my name on the arrival list. The waiting area was awesome. Plenty of room for me to work while I waited. I didn't have a scheduled appointment for an oil change but they still had time to squeeze me in. Customer service was great. Although the car wash was out of order, they compromised with a quick change but they still had time to squeeze me in. Customer service was great. Although the car wash was out of order, they compromised with a quick interior cleaning (NICE!). I will definitely continue to keep having my scheduled maintenance done at Luther Bloomington. We took our Santa Fe for a regularly scheduled oil change to Bloomington Hyundai. From beginning to end, the service was superlative. We had our small dog with us and even she had special treatment: tasty to Bloomington Hyundai. From beginning to end, the service was superlative. I'd taken my I-pad along to use while we waited, but forgot to remove it from the car until the car had just disappeared from sight. The check-in service man was completely pleasant as he radioed the driver to please return the car for a forgotten article. No exasperation, no huffing and puffing at my forgetfulness. And this was just the preparation for the appointment! The service was done quickly while we waited in comfort in the customer waiting area, with a complete explanation afterward as to what had been done and checked as part of the extra service. Plus a car wash (even the dog nose prints removed from the inside of the windows). This service team is just terrific. More
