I was five minutes early for a recent routine service appointment and when I arrived; they knew who I was and why I was there. It was a friendly genuine greeting that was much appreciated. Phil, the service counselor, took care of explaining the servicing needs and handled the paperwork with a minimum of hassle. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and after one cup of coffee I was ready to go; my car was ready. The “check-out” procedure was smooth and surprise free. Before you think that I was lucky and that all of the stars were aligned to give me that “perfect experience”, let me state that I have used this dealership over the past few of years and have always left with a high degree of satisfaction.
