The employees here are always very pleasant and responsive. But this is not a good place to go for dollar value, and that’s why my rating is marginal. Today the recommended 15K mile service was done on the Elantra I’m leasing. Ten items were inspected (read looked at), tires were rotated, condition of battery was checked, the A.C. cabin air filter was changed, and a routine oil change was done. Total cost = $246.68. Because I’m leasing the car I had a discount coupon for the oil change. BUT, the oil change coupon can’t be used if you don’t spend $200+ on these other items. Hmmmmmm… More

I was always suspicious of the "big business". Retirement meant trying the dealership for all the car issues. And what a pleasant surprise it was. Every person we have dealt with--sales, receptionist, phone people, service techs, service manager . . . everyone of them has been friendly, outgoing, smiling, and ready to answer questions (and still kept smiling after the questions). The wait is painless with such a great customer waiting room . . . even our 10 pound schnoodle had no complaints and settled right in. Kudos to all at Bloomington Hyundai. More
