Routine oil change I purchased my new vehicle in October 2014. It took HOURS to complete the paperwork, that was the only negative part of the experience. The salesman kept trying to upsell me all different types of add-ons that I told him I wasn't interested in. This month, May 2015, I took my new vehicle in for a routine oil change. The service was fast and professional, they even washed my car for free. The service department is excellent. More

2009 Hyundai Sonata Recall I went in this morning, because of two recalls on my 2009 Sonata. They notified me of two additional items my car needed, and gave me a quote on the service, and I declined it. They were not pushy in any way, and let me know exactly what my car needed. Prompt and courteous I brought my Elantra in for a routine oil change which along with a cash and vacuum was on the house as I had routine maintenance done there. Superior experience I took the car (2013 Azera) in for a regular oil change. When complete, there was no charge. When I questioned this I was informed that, since I bou I took the car (2013 Azera) in for a regular oil change. When complete, there was no charge. When I questioned this I was informed that, since I bought the car from them, the first 9 changes were free (if I brought it in for the scheduled inspections)! Can't complain about that! More
