Service oil change I recently had my oil changed again, it was time as we had just gone on a long trip. I guess it was due for a 15,000 check up. It was going to cost me I recently had my oil changed again, it was time as we had just gone on a long trip. I guess it was due for a 15,000 check up. It was going to cost me over $200.00 to have this work completed!! My car is a 2014 and already having to spend this much money is ...well to say the least, overwhelming. I realize this is according to the manufacturer. I choose not to have it completed at your place, after checking on line, I discovered I could do what they recommended for less than a 1/3 of the price. I was also told I cannot use the rest of my no cost oil changes at your dealership because I made the decision not to have the recommend work done. Bummer, because you guys do a nice job and I even live about an hour away and still choose to have my oil changed there anyway . Let's face it oil change is oil change, it is not rocket science. I guess that means I will not be seeing you guys anymore and when it comes time to purchase another car, it will not be from you. Sorry :( More

The service personnel made sure I was aware of everything being done, and even let me know about a complementary service opportunity that I was eligible for. The waiting room area is very clean and comfortable, with free coffee and water available. And the price for the service I received was very reasonable. Great fast service They were ready for my car when I drove in for my 3 pm service appointment.
