Perfect Visit My Santa Fe was under a recall and I wanted service to look at my AC. The appointment was made easily over the phone and I received confirmation by email. This was handy and detailed the reasons for the visit, day and time. When I arrived, I was met by the service worker. He was pleasant and described to me exactly what would be done and how long he estimated it would take. I set myself up in the waiting lounge, enjoyed a bottle of water and did some work on my computer. In half the time he told me, the car was done. He helped me understand how the AC was controlled and how the "auto" function on climate control worked. In all this was a very an excellent visit, I was treated well and my car is running smoothly. An auto parts store put them in for me for nothing but parts. A total of $14.00, so $32.95 per changing bulbs was ridiculous. More
Incorrect information I recently purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport and really do like the vehicle. I wanted to add a hitch on the SUV and was told by the salesman that U-Hau I recently purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport and really do like the vehicle. I wanted to add a hitch on the SUV and was told by the salesman that U-Haul would be cheaper than through the dealer. U-Haul couldn't install the hitch due to some sensors on the back of the vehicle and I needed one put on fast. I spoke with the General Manager, Alex Irlin about my issue and asked if they could honor the price from U-Haul and he refused and told me it would cost over $700 at their cost, which is funny because when I called their Parts and Service Dept, I was quoted $699 retail. I ended our conversation feeling very unappreciated as a recent customer and once the sale was complete, I didn't matter anymore. More
