Exceptional customer service Mark has exceptional customer service skills. Mike's car had 2 recalls and Mark was able to take care of both during our last service call. I also Mark has exceptional customer service skills. Mike's car had 2 recalls and Mark was able to take care of both during our last service call. I also shared with Mark that our daughter Elise had a terrible experience purchasing her first car with a Hyundai dealership in Chicago. We own 2 Hyundai's and suggested Elise purchase one herself. Elise doesn't have any confidence in the dealership in Chicago. She felt taken advantage of during the purchasing process and has been back for oil change service and didn't like the experience. She had a 15,000 service that was due and she had been seeking other options. I told Mark all about this. The next day Elise surprised us with a visit to Minnesota and I called Mark on Friday morning and he got Elise's car in for the service she needed that day. Her experience at Bloomington Hyundai was exceptional and I thank Mark for caring about our daughter and creating a good car service experience.
