MADE A WRONG A RIGHT After I had picked up my vehicle for some warranty work I had noticed the car was not in the condition I had dropped off. I had made a few attempts to contact my service advisor. First was phone tag and then no response to voicemails. I contacted the Service manager Carleen Shimanski who had me see her personally in regards to my concerns. I dropped the car off, was provided a loaner vehicle and then received a phone call from Robert Ebert assuring me I would be very pleased with the work that was done. I picked up my car and all my issues were addressed along with a detail done on the car. Robert had told me my vehicle was used as a "training vehicle" that particular day. Car looks fabulous and I really appreciate the attention given to my concerns. Great job and Thank you both! More
