This spring, the used car guys hounded me over my 2011 (purchased new), wanting me to trade it in. It was originally purchased here, immaculate with very low mileage, was reliable and I had no reason to give it up other than it was black and I always wanted white with a few more features. I finally relented but said I would only do it for the EXACT vehicle that I wanted. Loved the first one so why would I trade? Within a week or so they had found me a used white Santa Fe Sport that was more than I could have dreamed. A 2014, it was also immaculate, clearly well-cared for, tricked out with everything a Santa Fe Sport could have and overall a better model than the one I was relinquishing! They gave me an incredibly fair price on my trade-in and away I drove. Beyond my expectations. When I traded I also purchased all of the top and under coating products as well as a warranty package as well as financing at a rate that not even my credit union could match. The service department here is always good. They take good care of us (my car and I). I highly recommend this dealership and the Hyundai product in general. Chris Wright was my original salesperson for this car and Drew was the finance guy. It couldn't have been any easier and more pleasant. I see a different service person every time and I apologize for not remembering their names but they are always cordial and efficient. The wait is always what they say it will be. More
Quick service, Loaner provided for Warranty work. I had the engine replaced under warranty on my 2011 Sonata. I dropped the car off on a Friday. They provided me a loaner and said it could take 1-2 I had the engine replaced under warranty on my 2011 Sonata. I dropped the car off on a Friday. They provided me a loaner and said it could take 1-2 weeks to get the new engine. The engine came the following Monday. They installed the engine and had the car ready by the end of the day on Tues. That is really fast service for an engine replacement. More

First off, there is very seldom anything that I have to pay for when I go in. The service advisors are excellent and this time was no exception. Jamie took great care of me and gave me honest advice on what to have done since my lease is near it's end. Then he introduced me to Andy who I am working with on a new car. This is a great dealership, highly recommended. If it were not for the service department, I might be buying a car from someone else. Now I know if I get another Hyundai, I will for sure use Luther. Thanks for everything! More
