I had a problem with my car and they took care of it. I was feeling vibration in my steering wheel and they took care it. I was allowed to take one of the high Management personnel, Mr. Alex Irlin, for a I was feeling vibration in my steering wheel and they took care it. The friendliest and cleanest dealership I have experienced I came in to have 2 recalls taken care of and I was out in less time than was quoted me and they washed and vacuumed my car as part of the service. T I came in to have 2 recalls taken care of and I was out in less time than was quoted me and they washed and vacuumed my car as part of the service. The charge to me was $0 and my oil was changed also at no charge because they needed to drain the oil anyway for one of the recalls, but still other dealerships would have found a way to get a charge to me one way or the other. Brad was very polite and respectful to me and answered all my questions. I purchased the car at your dealership also from Josh, who was outstanding in every regard with my experience. This is the second Hyundai I have purchased from Luther Bloomington and I would definitely tell others of the excellent service and experience I've had to date. More
