Five Stars from me I got a note from the dealer last week asking me to come down so they could fix two minor recalls. Was told it would take 3 hours. Get there and they I got a note from the dealer last week asking me to come down so they could fix two minor recalls. Was told it would take 3 hours. Get there and they tell me, "Nah, we'll have you out of here in 2 hours." I settle in to a comfy chair and start doing office work. An hour and ten minutes later they are done and I'm gone. That's what I call service. Surprisingly swift service and excellent desk staff I might add. More

I have been fortunate to have him and the Bloomington Hyundai staff involved in service and attempted repair of my Tucson. I have had my car in several times for repair of an undiagnosed electrical problem. Jaime and service personnel have been working with Tech Support over the last 18+ months and have been very thorough in their efforts. Always keeping me informed, providing loaner and been very polite and professional during these numerous and frustrating repair attempts. Would recommend Bloomington Hyundai to all customers. I hope Hyundai appreciates their outstanding employees! Comments that follow are about Hyundai as a company. I am very frustrated with Hyundai , repeated conversations to resolve these numerous service visits with a refund or replacement of this vehicle have been fruitless. I am a senior citizen with limited income and need a dependable vehicle. I made a substantial trade-in vehicle down payment and have just mailed my final lease payment. I am expected to purchase this vehicle by Jan 10th or forfeit my trade-in down payment and 36 months of lease payments (and pay a $400 lease turn in fee). I do not have $15000 to sit in " limbo" and not have a dependable vehicle. The clock is ticking, it is time for Hyundai to step up to "Refund or Replace" my 2014 Tucson Ltd. More

Service was great! Had my car in for routine maintenance, and to deal with a few recalls. They were clear on what was going to be done and amount of time they would nee Had my car in for routine maintenance, and to deal with a few recalls. They were clear on what was going to be done and amount of time they would need (important since I was waiting!) A few extra services were suggested, but no argument or pressure when I turned those down to do at a later time. Overall a good experience. My only ask - when they turn the cars lights off of auto when working on the car...I wish they would remember to turn them back on! Would have saved me from driving a ways with no lights that evening!! More

Always a Pleasure I have complete confidence in the staff and trust them to be honest and thorough. I ended up with more repairs than I had hoped, but am glad to be emb I have complete confidence in the staff and trust them to be honest and thorough.
