They took extra time to be sure I was satisfied with repair. I had some questions regarding my thermostat repair after leaving the service center. I did and then a very qualified technician actually took a ride with me to check the operation of my car, explain some rather complex heater/radiator functions, shared some of his background and training and returned me to the center satisfied that we both felt the car was running as it should.
