Small issue but fixed right away Came in for regularly scheduled service. That went fine so it seemed. The next morning there was an oil stain on my garage floor. Luckily it was just a bad clean-up from the oil change and not anything worse fixed within 20 minutes. This was the first issue I've ever had there bringing in my vehicles for service the past 4 years. So 3 stars because of the initial work and 5 stars for the make-up equals 4 stars. Normally I've given them 5 stars when I've bothered to fill out the surveys, but I guess no one is perfect. More

factory recalls i received a recall notice for my car and Nancy advised that i had a second recall, which i asked about last autumn but the service person told me my i received a recall notice for my car and Nancy advised that i had a second recall, which i asked about last autumn but the service person told me my car did not qualify. i appreciated that Nancy took the time to verify that my did in fact qualify for the second recall. as i waited in the service area, Nancy came by a few time to update me with the progress of my car, i don't mind waiting and Nancy was so kind to take the time! Fine but out of the way You did what I asked to be done, but its far out of the way from my home. I had to go this time in order to get recall done, but I was told I had to pay for oil change $41.50 because I didn't get 15,000 mile check done at dealership, so that voided the coupons. Again, not convenient. Can't wait for my lease to expire. More
