I setup a service date for a manufacture recall on my 2020 Genesis G70. I was told I had to drop my car off, the night before and it would be the first vehicle worked on since it would take about 4 hour 2020 Genesis G70. So I dropped the car off the night before and waited to hear from them to say my car was ready. Around 1:30pm the day my car to worked on, I called to check on the status. I ended up having to leave a message since no one would answer the service department's phone. I ended up leaving 2 more messages that no one returned. I finally called the main line and told them the situation and they looked into it. Apparently they had my car listed under the previous owner and when they tried to call her, she never responded. The main operator finally got the head of the service department to help me. I ended having to leave my car there over night again. I then had to argue that since they screwed up, they were delivering my car to me, when it was done. Which they did, but when I got my car back it was coated in a layer of dust. So much dust that the driver use the windshield wiper blades to clean the windshield. I just read on Luther's site that they pick up and deliver you car when they service it. I will never bring my car to that dealership again. They have absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. More

The Service department at this location is terrible. I’ve had an issue with my key fob for my 2022 Tucson that I purchased at this location for the last 6 months. Today, I had Jack Edwards (advisor) and Craig (manager) interrupt me while I tried to explain the issue and then shout at me when I disagreed with their failure to resolve the issue. I’ll never come back to this location and I suggest you to take your business elsewhere. I’ve never been more disrespected by so called “professionals” in my life. Both of these men felt completely comfortable speaking aggressively to a customer. They have wasted my time and made me come in for multiple appointments for an issue they had no intention solving. What’s the point in paying for a warranty if people like these two guys make it impossible to use it. More
The most garbage service experience I have had to date and I don't think anyone can beat this experience. After I came back from service, my car started leaking engine oil. When I opened the hood to inspect what's going on, the engine cover was floating around, they didn't even bother to reinstall that. I tried looking underneath to see if I can where the leak is coming from, it looks like the filter housing cover has not been put back in place either. All of this on top of the service taking more than 2.5 hours where it was supposed to take 1 hour 15 mins (I had a scheduled appointment). I wonder if they put new filter in at all given the amount of oil that is leaking. I have called them several times and all they say is, they are trying to get me in urgently and the best they can do is 3 weeks later. What kind of trash service is this? I hope people steer clear of this place. Absolutely would not recommend this place. More

Jeremy checked me in for my 2nd covered routine maintenance visit for my Tucson and was pleasant to work with. In addition to the oil change, tire rotation and inspection, they also updated my navi maintenance visit for my Tucson and was pleasant to work with.
