I found a car on Auto Trader and contacted the dealership looking for more information. They were prompt and polite in getting back to me, but not pushy. He answered all my questions well. I left there to go to another dealership to look at some other cars and definitely felt like I was getting the hard sell from a different dealer. I called back to Luther Hyundai the next day to talk to Darrell about the car some more and he answered more questions and made sure that the one chipped paint issue was being taken care of before I got there. I chose to go back to the Luther Hyundai because the Hyundai I bought could be covered under the full remaining 10 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and definitely because of the customer service. I felt much more respected at Luther than I did at the other dealerhip! More
