The price for my trade in was also the price I had researched myself. I would recommend this dealership and Darell to anyone looking for a Hyundai. I usually dread going to purchase a car even when I know what I want and the price I am willing to pay. The whole process was smooth. I am willing to purchase future vehicles there provided I continue to enjoy my Sonata. More
Wanted to buy a Tuscon but all they had were bright blue and brown in the GLS model. They pushed to bump us into the higher-end model (and price) and when we refused said they could get a black, silver, or and brown in the GLS model. They pushed to bump us into the higher-end model (and price) and when we refused said they could get a black, silver, or white one from neighboring dealers within a week. After 2 weeks and no contact from the dealer, we saw a silver GLS on their online inventory. When we called and asked if it was our car, we were told it would be $1k more than the price we were originally quoted. We were extremely disappointed and felt like we weren't taken as serious customers. We went to Morrie's and bought a Nissan Rogue instead (and walked out with it that very same day). More

Darrel is very knowledgeable about the Hyundai and even came up with a better price than Consumers guaranteed and found the car I wanted and had it at the dealership within a day. He also is very familiar with all the optional equipment from the NAV system to the blue tooth, which he set up in 30 seconds. He takes the time to explain all the equipment and how to set up and use. The other Hyundai dealers that I visited said the new turbo’s were selling at near window price since they just came out and are in demand. I didn’t get this garbage talk from Luther Hyundai. I would recommend Luther Hyundai and Darrel to anyone looking for a hassle free purchase. More

I've got a Hyundai Sonata with 10 year/100,000 mile "bumper to bumper" warranty. I've never had a problem with warranty service, ever. I pick up my car, and the price is $0.00. I never get any pressure to purchase unwanted services. I never get any grief for have regular maintenance performed elsewhere. I would never buy a Hyundai without an extended warranty considering how many system failures I've had. In eight years I've had the following replacements: a transmission, wheel bearing, ignition coil, windshield wiper linkage, side airbag, body trim clips Other services are priced excessively high in my opinion. While doing warranty work, they charged me $120 to reconnect a loose wire for my airbag. If it had to be replaced, it'd be covered under the warranty, but since it was merely loose, I had to pay. I was shocked to receive a bill for $650 to replace spark plug wires that were 1,100 miles out of warranty. Regular 30,000 mile check-up maintenance; $531. More

By far, this is the best car buying experience my wife and I have had. Brandon Wilson was pressure free and a great person to work with. The only thing I disagree with is the internet sales policies. We live in outstate MN. So we made an inquiry online about a 2011 Sonata. We receieved an automated email back and made no further contact. When we made it to the dealership, we worked with Brandon exclusively. When the deal was in it's final stages, Brandon showed me something on the computer and I noticed that a different sales person was listed. When I asked about it, he said that the first person that makes contact, gets 50% of the commission regardless of any additional efforts. Brandon was fine with the policy even though my wife and I disagree. Brandon was awesome to work worth, I and feel that he went above and beyond for us, why should he only get half the credit? Luther Hyundai should really look at this a little closer. In the end, I would highly recommend this dealership! More
I leased a Hyundai Sonata. We negotiated the price over the phone before I went to the dealership. I was happy with the negotiated price. However, when I went to talk to the finance person and sign the p the phone before I went to the dealership. I was happy with the negotiated price. However, when I went to talk to the finance person and sign the papers, I was told there would be a $400 charge upon the return of the car at the end of the lease. This is something I want to know about up-front, not at the point of signing the paperwork. He indicated that it was too confusing for the salespeople to be addressing this issue. How can this be confusing for the salespeople, all they have to say is, "you will have to pay $400 upon returning the car at the end of the lease". This is also not fair to your competition or your customer when making cost comparisons. Otherwise everything was great and the above issue has nothing to do with the customer service provided by the salesperson, Chris Wright, which, again, was great. More
