While the Hyundai Santa Fe was on my short list, The car we ended up buying, a 2011 Tucson Limited, was not. The salesperson, Ron Ruben, was excellent to work with, no pressure, no BS. Even though we kept staff working two hours past closing time on a beautiful Saturday evening, everyone was patient and helpful with the delivery. We had been working with another dealership in the area, trying to buy a new car. After getting nothing but broken promises and unclear agreements, we decided to start looking for other options. We checked out Luther as it was the next closest Hyundai dealership and were greeted quickly by Brandon. He provided us with a brief run down of the Sonata, took us out for a test drive, and answered the rest of our questions. We were very grateful for the friendly, knowledgeable service. We also appreciated that the interaction lacked the "used car salesman" feel and wasn't pushy. Needless to say, about 6 hours later (time to get the car ready, finish the paperwork, and get a full description of the vehicle) we took our new car home. The experience was far superior to the other dealerships we had worked with. More

I have owned my Hyundai Sonata for 9 years. Purchasing the extended warranty was the best decision I've ever made. I just had both front wheel bearings replaced, again. The work was top notch. I just always have this nagging feeling that Hyundai scrimps on quality to keep the cost down. I guess the old adage is true, you get what you pay for. On the other hand, the total cost of ownership of this car over the last 9 years has been extremely good. So what am I complaining about? More
