Our cart hit a curb and damaged the wheel. We brought it on a Saturday and they were 100% booked for the day. Nevertheless they said to leave it and they would make every effort to look at it. Everyone treated me with respect. They were very professional while being very easy to talk to. There was no high pressure sales. I had time to really look over the cars I was interested in. After I bought the car, my sales person, Darrel, spent a long time going over every aspect of the car, explaining all the buttons, screen images, safety features, etc. He also called the next day to see if I had any additional questions after driving the car. The next day there was a thank you note in the mail and today a thank you email from the manager! More

Carrie listened to our needs and wants and worked specifically with them. She did not have a preconceived thought and try to go outside our means. Everyone was more than pleasant. No attitudes! I love the small touches too. The service advisor even took care of my coupons and accompanied me to the cashier.
