I am very pleased with all aspects of the Luther Hyundai dealership and especially with the salesperson Steve Strain. Steve is an excellent salesperson. His sense-of-humor, easy-going attitude, and laid back approach made buying a vehicle from him to one of the more pleasant experiences that I ever had at a car dealership. I took my Sonata in for a squeaking noise from the suspension. In under 10 minutes, the problem was diagnosed as needing new struts, tension bars, and an alignment. Cost was roughly $1K. I had this work done, and they said it was fixed, but I found no improvement at all. I took it back in and after looking a second time, they found a bad CV joint, which they said was missed the first time. {In my opinion, a bad CV joint should not be missed!} They installed the new CV joint, and for the second time they said it was fixed, but I still had the squeaking noise. Took it back in a third time and finally they find a squeaky bushing on the upper control arm. Finally, problem solved...but only after taking it in three separate times, spending $1K on struts that I guess I really didn't need, twice being told my car was 'fixed' only to find out that it was not. I found the people to be very nice, but the mechanics were not thorough. I think they rushed through the diagnosis and just assumed new struts would fix the problem. If they had actually taken the time to look at the suspension, they should have found the bad CV Joint, and found the squeaky bushing on the control arm. More
Our cart hit a curb and damaged the wheel. We brought it on a Saturday and they were 100% booked for the day. Nevertheless they said to leave it and they would make every effort to look at it. We have used them for the last several years now and have found them to be consistently excellent in their service department. More

Everyone treated me with respect. They were very professional while being very easy to talk to. There was no high pressure sales. I had time to really look over the cars I was interested in. After I bought the car, my sales person, Darrel, spent a long time going over every aspect of the car, explaining all the buttons, screen images, safety features, etc. He also called the next day to see if I had any additional questions after driving the car. The next day there was a thank you note in the mail and today a thank you email from the manager! More
