I hate car shopping and had put it off for as long as possible. If I had known that Al existed we would have dealt with finding new wheels a lot earlier. I had my wife's Santa Fe in for a routine 6 month service. The service advisor was courteous and promptly helped get the car in. There was coffee and comfortable seating available and the overall experience was pleasant. When the car was ready, Phil came and got me, explained everything that was done and that there weren't any problems, and they even had washed the car (the outside temperature was below 20 degrees and I hadn't expected this). When I got out to the car, there was even a bottle of windshield wiper fluid on the passenger side floorboard unopened. Outstanding service and I thank you. More
