Very Busy Place I told Brandon I would be down around 11:00. My son and I arrived and met Brandon and he directed me to Josh because he was currently working with a c I told Brandon I would be down around 11:00. My son and I arrived and met Brandon and he directed me to Josh because he was currently working with a couple. So Josh made a copy of my License and showed us the car. He pulled it out of the parking spot and told us we could take it for a drive, he said he didn't want to leave because he had a couple coming in to look at a car. So my son and I took it for a drive and I really enjoyed the car. When we got back we sat in the car for a while checking things out. Then we went to look at the new ones for a few minutes and then back to look at the 2016 and the one I drove. I called my wife for her input, then went in to see if either Brandon or Josh were available, they were both busy. Josh eventually came over to ask what we thought about it. I told him we were interested and that I was preapproved for financing but didn't finalize it, so he asked what the rate was and if I wanted to see if they could match it, then I would be able to take the car home with me today. So I agreed and they ran the credit check and then Josh disappeared for quite a while and then I see him doing paperwork with the other couple. After about 30 minutes he stopped by and I told him that if I'm going to take the car home today, I need to turn in the rental car by 2:00 PM, he said he would go check and while he was gone we went and filled the rental with gas in case we could turn it in. After we got back and sat back down, Josh was working at another table with the other couple again. I get a call from Bank of America around 3 :00, I had told my son that if we didn't hear anything by around 3:00 we would leave, but now I figure it must be getting close. around 3:40 we finally get grabbed by a finance manager to do paperwork. As we start going over everything he said that they matched the financing and my payments were going to be $5???? something. I told him that I only wanted to finance $32,000 and pay the rest myself, but I didn't have a checkbook with me. He called someone and got permission to put the balance on my credit card. We finished around 4:00. As I was looking around for the second key I went and asked Brandon and he did have the key. He asked if I wanted him to go over anything in the car. I said that I had been there over 5 hours and still had to find the rental car place and drop the rental car before our long drive back to St Cloud, so I told him I would figure it out. Lesson learned, buy next car online or go into the dealership with cash. Otherwise don't buy a car again. From the time I left my house at 9:30 AM and didn't get home until 6:00 PM, that's too long to buy a car. More

There was no communication until after noon about my car, even though i called and left messages repeatedly for someone to call me. It was sheerly ridiculous and unprofessional I had a scheduled service that shld have taken one hour Also, it was overpriced and I brought in competitive coupons that austin told me wld be honored and then he didn't honor them. I asked for a synthetic oil change, because that's the only oil change I've ever done then when i picked it up he told me they did a semi synthetic blend??? The service and wuoting was far more ridiculous then i even have time to write about. When i arrived austin was having a conversation with another employee at his desk and didn't even acknowledge me for about ten minutes of standing in front of him. Very bizarre. Then he quoted me one cost for the work, then after noon a completely different cost for the same work More
