Not up to expectations. Wasn’t made aware of the cost of the maintenance before it was completed. Was told I was due for a 22,000 mile maintenance and that the engine filter needed to be changed. Scheduled regular vehicle maintenance. Nancy was a great Service Advisor to work with. Thank you. 80 minutes for oil change with rotate is excessive given appointment made in advance. I would not recommend interaction with the service BDC personnel via the website. They are not well trained and have very limited knowledge. Quoted $100 for LOF. Actually performed at dealership for less than half this amount. More
