Passenger headlight assembly was replaced here under warranty. They declined to replace the drivers side which had the same issue, stating it wasn’t bad enough to be covered. I understand that part somewhat as it wasn’t to the same extent. Although, the passenger side assembly that they did replace was aimed extremely low. It was low enough that it was as if I had the headlight out, which is a safety issue. I pointed this out to the service advisor and a female who identified as the service manager I believe, before leaving. The female manager stated that they did not adjust them and that they were pre adjusted from the factory. It was clearly not the case. I had to align it myself as they did not step up to the plate and look into it further. There is a clear adjustment point on the assembly and I’m surprised they couldn’t check that. I am having the drivers side replaced by another dealer who agreed it is within guidelines for replacement and they say that they have to check adjustment and set it correctly, if too high or low, for safety reasons. Id be interested for the dealership to reach out to me. I may inquire with them if I don’t hear back as I’d like to resolve this. I understand the difficulty of the vehicle service industry and I’m not looking to point fingers. I’d just like my vehicle to have its headlights adjusted to factory specifications. More
Overall good I had a car in mind I wanted to buy and Luis was very good about showing me all the car had to offer and let me take my time checking it out. He even picked me up on his day off so I could drive the car home after purchasing it. That was him literally going out of his way for me and I really appreciated it! The extra features talk can get a little daunting and exhausting, especially when you're already spending so much money. I understand they need to pitch those extra features to you, but it can be a little much. More

This month a lovely woman brought in my air filters telling me I really need to get them swopped and they would be glad to do so for $70 for one and $40 for the other. I passed, choosing to do some research online while you finished changing my oil. I found both the engine and cabin filters online for a total of $20. I picked them up at AutoZone on the way home. Youtube showed me how to replace both filters in under a minute. I pulled into my driveway and swopped the filters in 2 minutes. And I'm as far away from being a Motörhead as you can get. I'm OK with marking up services and making a profit. But I felt this was complete price gouging. More
